Returns / Withdrawal Policy

The returns policy is applied with a view to proper customer service and the specific nature of the products offered by the store.

1. Return communication

Returns are handled after phone communication with the company at 231 024 9229.

Prior communication is required before any return is sent or delivered.

The product must be in its original condition
The product must not have been used or installed
The product must be accompanied, where necessary, by its original packaging and relevant documents

No returns are accepted for products specially ordered for the customer or available only upon order.

Special order items are excluded from return.

Returns for consumables are accepted, provided the general return conditions are met and prior communication has taken place.

For distance purchases, the customer may contact the company regarding any applicable legal right of withdrawal, provided no legal exception applies.
